why seated · Plotinus is the strongest single comparandum for the Plato–Aristotle authorship question. Measured on particle-transition profiles across a nine-author Greek landscape, Aristotle sits closer to Plotinus (0.0310) than to Plato (0.0852) — and closer to Plotinus than Aristotle sits to himself (within-author mean 0.1028). Seven centuries and a dialect separate them. The seat exists so that result can be re-run and contested rather than reported.
